1.1 Scope of Agreement

By accessing 7u7v or creating an account, you are declaring that you accept all the terms and conditions set out here. This agreement applies to all users accessing the service from Bangladesh. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

7u7v reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• You must operate the account in your own name and on your own behalf.
• Each person may operate only one account; multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

2.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. 7u7v will never ask for your password by phone or message. If you suspect that the security of your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

7u7v will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access if it occurred due to user negligence.

2.2 Reasons for Account Suspension or Closure

7u7v reserves the right to suspend or close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
• Attempting to technically manipulate the platform
• Using third-party payment methods
• Any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe environment at 7u7v, we follow an identity verification process. Before processing a withdrawal, or in certain circumstances, you may be asked to submit identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to submit the required documents on time may delay withdrawals.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at 7u7v: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bangladeshi bank transfers (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and funds will be returned in such cases.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering requirements related to the bonus have been met.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 7u7v have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus winnings, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount must be met. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; unused bonuses are cancelled once the period expires.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

The 7u7v VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

• Each game round is independent and is not influenced by previous results.
• Any technical manipulation intended to change or influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Technical Issues
